American Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by health care professionals and community advocates dedicated to avail medical and psychological resources to individuals with special healthcare needs who lack access to specialized care. Our goal is to fill the tremendous gaps left by the lack of insurance coverage for these services. I took the liberty of attaching additional information about the foundation for your review.
