A collection of photos and videos from my longstanding work on developing an RC tank for an upcoming series! This is my solo project for now that I’ve been sneaking off to in between other projects.

What you’ll see is my progression from tank-shaped cardboard to tanks fashioned from modified RC cars (that can only go forwards) to a fully scratch built chassis with rc car components handling the motor control.

The last video demonstrates a tank which can drive, spin its turret, and light a bottle rocket which sends sparks out the barrel of its cannon. In another post I’ll include my work on the (hopefully) final iteration of tank where the internal controller and RC components are custom built using an arduino and generic parts.

We did it! (Nov. 9-10) Moon Rocks, a sci fi animated short hit a new milestone. Our dialogue is recorded and I couldn’t be happier with the voice talents of our amazing cast:

Casting Call! Sour Cream Productions is looking to cast the three main roles for their upcoming sci-fi animated short Moon Rocks. Singing is not required.
Recording will be in-person in late September.

Proud to announce Endangered Funding was selected for April’s Filmgate Short Film Festival!

Clear your calendar Wednesday, April 26. Happy hour starts 6pm and the show starts 7pm.

The theme this month is comedy!

Thank you for being a staple in this city’s short film scene, you were the first festival I attended in Miami.

I am proud to announce that my undergrad thesis film, Endangered Funding, has been selected to screen at the Miami Film Festival in its Cinemaslam competition!

I want to thank my amazing team for their contributions to my goofy romp in the forest. It couldn’t have been done without y’all!

Sometimes filmmaking means petting a dog during the take so that it stays quiet.

In October, I can now announce with the power hindsight that the Zoo Miami was life-changing! Since then, I’ve been walking a 5k every day with my dad, and visited the zoo almost as many times. Our favorite animals are the African painted dogs. 🎨🐶

So happy to have received a grant from UF’s College of Journalism and Communications 🐊 to attend in New York City!

There I attended panels on the topics of inclusion and representation, independent film, financing, and community building. This was also an invaluable opportunity to network with other filmmakers and explore a city with a flourishing film and tv industry!

Prior to this I had the privilege of being a part of The Gotham’s (formerly the Independent Filmmaker Project) Gotham EDU program. It was an online mentorship program so I don’t have any pictures of it haha.
