The purpose of this page is to dissolve the myths of therapy and educate people about mental health issues that plague our community.
Rocker Community Health, in partnership with and , provides a safe place to express themselves and learn coping skills to achieve mental wellness and freedom. Through the Hip Hop Therapy workshop, attendees can identify mental health struggles and, in real time, overcome them at the end of the workshop to apply them in their everyday lives.
Rocker Community Health, in partnership with the , conducted the Hip Hop Therapy workshop as a safe space for youth and adults to share their thoughts and emotions about mental health.
