Yoga is so much more than hard, cool-looking poses.
Yes, it feels amazing to finally land a pose you’ve been working on for months. But asanas (postures) are only one small part of the practice.
If you are only focusing on achieving the poses or treating yoga as a “work out” then you are missing the greatest jewel and real purpose of yoga…stillness.
The stillness practice is as important as the movement practice. Because this is where the hardest work happens, inside ourselves. 🙏✨🤸🏽

Entering the Year of the Horse like 🦄✨
As we transition into a new lunar year, moving from the energy of the snake into the horse — here’s your reminder not to take life too seriously.
Transitions can feel heavy, with so much energetic movement and change… but it doesn’t all have to be deep, serious work.
Let the Horse bring momentum and boldness, but also freedom, play, and the simple joy of stopping and rolling in the grass.

From the fire we rise again 🐦🔥
This burn was so deeply special for me. It reminded me of what we can easily forget in everyday life, the fire within us.
I felt reignited. I sang louder and more confidently than ever. I felt truly seen and supported… by strangers who became friends, and friends who became family.
The energy of this event is a powerful vortex — pushing us out of our comfort zones and into creativity, collaboration, and new ways of being.
The burn teaches us that for something new to be born, something old must burn away. And through the discomfort, we rise as a new version of ourselves.

The last year of my twenties was the perfect closing of an era ✨
2025 “the Year of the Snake” truly lived up to its energy. A year of shedding, of uncomfortable yet magical growth, of becoming a new version of myself. I released the parts of me that no longer resonated, the patterns that kept holding me back.
I’m deeply grateful for this year in all highs and lows, the epic adventures, and the moments of discomfort that pushed me to speak up, take action, and take risks.
May this new year be one of continued becoming, of fully embracing all that we are meant to be.

“The Islands” 🏝️🐒 — Soul Journeying, Part 1 ✨
This place had been calling my name for over 10 years. I never really knew why… until now.
These lands, once home to pirates and gypsies, still hold a mysticism that’s hard to explain.
This place made fall in love deeper with the ocean and its infinite abundance of life, put into perspective… O was reminded to release control, flow with life, take things less seriously, and explore each day with a sense of wonder… letting myself be surprised again.
Simple things we tend to forget in the rush of daily life.
Grateful for these islands and the people along the way for all the beautiful reminders.

Back to my roots ✨🌱
It’s been so long since I picked up my little ukulele, and I forgot how healing it is to just play and sing.
Life gets busy, and somehow the things that nourish our soul the most, fall to the bottom of the list.

The island of gods ✨ B A L I ✨
Magical doesn’t even begin to describe the energy of this place. Rich in culture and spirituality, overflowing with breathtaking nature and the kindness of its people m, Bali is a purification for the soul and a renewal for the spirit. A reminder that even with many names, there is only One God, and that nature is the most sacred temple of all.
I pray for the protection of this sacred land. May it remain the safe haven it has been for thousands of years.

It’s been 7 years of so many epic adventures together, we’ve gone through so much and I just have to say thank you for being the definition of a ride or die, and a true partner, thank you for making me the happiest and luckiest girl in the world, I love you so very much! 💕
