Before I even look at a client’s hooks, reels or views I ask them one question:

”Why should someone follow you instead of someone else?”

Honestly, that answer tells me almost everything I need to know.

The funny thing is, most people immediately start talking about their services. But that’s not what I asked 🤷‍♀️

I didn’t make the rules, but saying ”I help women lose weight,” or ”I help businesses grow online” isn’t what makes someone hit follow. There are hundreds of people doing exactly what you do!

What people actually remember is you. Your perspective, the way you explain things, the stories you tell, and the little opinions that make your content feel different.

That’s the part nobody else can copy!✨🐚

So before you overthink your next reel, ask yourself this:

If someone landed on your profile today, would they know why they should follow you or just what you do?

I have a feeling that one question will change the way you create content. 🦋

Can I tell you a secret? 🤫

A lot of business owners are accidentally trying to sell to people who aren’t even in “buy mode” yet.

And then they wonder why their posts get likes but no “hey, I need your help” messages. 🥹

The truth is that nobody is opening Instagram thinking:

“Wow, I really hope a business coach convinces me to buy today.”

That’s just not how humans work 😂

People are scrolling because they’re trying to solve something.

They’re thinking:

“Why does my business feel so much harder than it should?”

“Why can’t I stay consistent?”

“Why am I doing everything right but still not seeing results?”

And THAT is where your content should meet them.

People don’t buy just because they see your offer, they buy when they feel understood.

When they stop and think:

“Wait… did they just read my mind?”

That’s the content that makes someone curious about working with you.

So if your posts are getting attention but not enquiries, it might not be your offer.

You might just be talking about the solution before you’ve made people feel seen in the problem.
