In this week's Employee Spotlight, we would like to acknowledge Moises Mesa. Moises is an important part of the Charter Club Maintenance team. He has been at the Charter Club for 8 years! Moises is our go-to guy for all things carpentry and HVAC, but truly he is a jack of all trades. Moises resides in Miami with his wife and three children. When he’s not working you can usually find Moises out on a fishing boat or just playing Dominoes with the family

SAVE THE DATE- Holiday Party on Dec. 15th!
The Holidays are just around the corner and we are delighted to celebrate with our neighbors! We hope you can join us for the Annual Resident Holiday Party here at The Charter Club! We invite all residents to dinner and drinks down in the pool area as we usher in the holiday season with some fun. The event is free for all residents and with such a short commute downstairs, there are no excuses to miss out on the party!

The Charter Club Social Events Committee is proud to kickoff our new Monthly Speaker Series on October 26th with Mixology 101: Crafting Cocktail Classics! Our featured Speaker will be doing a live demonstration to show us proper drink making techniques and barrel aging secrets for success. Please join us in the Charter Club Lobby on October 26th at 7pm for this fun and interactive event, while we sip some spirits and enjoy some bites from Adena Grill and Wine Bar!
