Metric is looking for an experienced Transportation Engineer to lead and grow our transportation planning practice in San Antonio and across Texas.

This leadership role is ideal for a Texas PE with 10+ years of transportation planning experience who is ready to take ownership of complex projects, mentor a high-performing team, and strengthen relationships with TxDOT, municipalities, counties, and other public agencies.

As our next Transportation Planning Lead, you’ll help shape multimodal studies, corridor studies, long-range transportation plans, master transportation plans, and other impactful initiatives while working closely with Texas leadership to drive business development and expand Metric’s presence throughout the state.

You’ll have significant autonomy, support from our established transportation planning division, and the opportunity to build a team that delivers data-driven transportation solutions that improve mobility and quality of life in the communities we serve.
