Before the ballroom, there’s always a conversation.
One of Nicole’s favorite parts of the process is sitting down with the child — separately from everyone else — to really understand what they love, what excites them, and how they want their celebration to feel.
That’s where the vision truly begins.
The most meaningful events are the ones that feel personal. And this one was exactly that.

PAMM already has such a strong identity on its own, so this install was never about changing the space. It was about working with it.
The greenery, the scale, the architecture, even the tones outside of the museum all became part of the direction for the event.
That’s probably our favorite part of what we do. Every venue already tells you something — our job is figuring out how to build around it without losing what makes it special.
And honestly, green done right will always work.

That moment — when the doors open, the music softens, and the bride sees the ballroom for the very first time. The vision she held in her heart… now right in front of her. And sometimes — even better than she imagined.
That reaction.
That face.
That silence before the smile.
That is the reward.
That is the real paycheck.
