25 years later and these two majestic towers are standing strong, and aging gracefully. Tireless dedication and attention to detail and quality work is the mainstay of what we do.

First condo planned in $1 billion development in the Nora District of West Palm Beach – designed by Swedroe Architecture. Part of a 5.15-acre site covering a full city block, most units range from 1,650 square feet with two bedrooms to 2,640 square feet with three bedrooms.
