Vertical black fins meet a crisp overhang, shaping light, shadow, and view into a singular architectural moment.

Warm wood soffits, expansive glass, and crisp stone planes dissolve into a mirrored waterline—reflecting sky, landscape, and structure into one continuous composition at the edge of the bay.

A theme of this home's design is high contrast, with black glossy granite set against white stucco and beige limestone. The future Bal Harbour residence will also feature multiple garden spaces, green roofs and trellises to soften the structure.

Floating wood treads and glass railings emerge from a fully integrated paneled wall, where vertical slats add rhythm and depth.
