Roselyn G. Moreira has poured her heart and soul into fundraising for children with autism. Rosy’s son, Alberto Moreira has served as her inspiration and is her guiding light. His story is nothing short of amazing, as he is now in his second year at St. Thomas University running track on a scholarship.
She believes in giving back to the community and making a difference in children’s lives. With the help and support of her school Pinecrest Academy South she accomplished her goal again this year!
Rosy’s great friend Gisselle Mendez Andion also helped her tremendously with the support of her school family Somerset Academy Dade!
Together they raised enough funds to offer $1,683 to 6 families who are living a diagnosis of autism. Through this fundraiser, these families are being seen, supported and understood.
