My name is Errol Johnson and I am a graduate of Miami Culinary Institute in Miami FL. I earned an A.S degree in Culinary Arts. This is my culinary journey.

God placed a desire within me to embrace the many facets of food. He has shown me with food the borders of gender, politics, religion, culture, races, distance, opinions, hate and violence can be dissolved through the oneness of a meal. With the support of my Loving Wife Jennifer I begin to enter the culinary world to change lives and promote love. I would be honored if you joined this travel of passion with me!
