THIS SERVES AS A REMINDER
If you do not remove all social media posts and comments mentioning me or my business, by midnight Sunday, June 28, 2026, I will be filing a civil lawsuit against you for cyberstalking, harassment, bullying, slander, libel, and defamation of character. Since you’ve vindictively attempted to negatively impact my personal and professional reputation and that of my business, I will be suing for damages.
Do remember that all orders of protection and civil suits are matters of public record and will show up anytime someone googles you or performs a background check.
If all previous posts and comments are not permanently removed (law enforcement and the courts will be checking), I will go forward with the civil suit.
I have already consulted with an attorney.
This is a formal warning of the steps I will be taking at 9am Monday morning (June 29, 2026) if you continue to refuse to cease and desist as I requested in the post below from February 2026.

Vanessa M. Hankerson,
This letter serves as a formal demand that you immediately cease and desist from posting, sharing, publishing, or otherwise disseminating any statements, comments, or materials about me on Facebook or any other social media platform that contain false, defamatory, harassing, or sensitive personal information.
It has come to my attention that you have made multiple Facebook posts referencing me and disclosing private and sensitive information. These actions constitute harassment and may amount to defamation and unlawful dissemination of private facts. Your continued conduct is causing reputational harm, emotional distress, and potential professional damage.
You are hereby directed to:
1. Immediately remove any and all prior posts, comments, shares, screenshots, or other content—on social media or otherwise—that reference me or contain my personal or sensitive information.
2. Refrain from making any further public or private statements about me that are false, misleading, harassing, or that disclose personal information.
3. Cease any indirect harassment, including encouraging third parties to engage in similar conduct.
Any and all subsequent/continued contact or social media posts from hou or any third parties will be reported to the necessary authorities.
If this behavior does not stop immediately, I am prepared to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to seeking an injunction for protection against stalking/cyberstalking, filing a civil action for defamation and invasion of privacy, and reporting violations to law enforcement and the appropriate platform authorities.
This letter is sent in good faith in an effort to resolve this matter without court intervention. Your compliance is expected immediately upon receipt.
Govern yourself accordingly.
Sincerely,
Shannon Lee-Sin

🧠 We rarely talk about what the science actually shows about untreated ADHD.
🧠 This isn’t fear-mongering.
It’s data.
Large-scale population studies including Dalsgaard et al., The Lancet Psychiatry (2015) and Chang et al., JAMA Network Open (2019) found that people with untreated ADHD face a higher risk of premature death, often from preventable causes like accidents, substance use, or su***de.
👉 IMPORTANT: That doesn’t mean ADHD itself is “fatal.”
🧠 It means that when executive function challenges, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation go unsupported (especially in a world that often misunderstands ADHD) the ripple effects can be serious.
👉 The encouraging part?
When ADHD is recognized and treated, through medication, therapy, lifestyle structure, and understanding, that risk drops dramatically.
🧠 This is why accurate diagnosis, access to care, and compassionate education MATTER.
🧠 ADHD isn’t about laziness or lack of willpower.
It’s a neurodevelopmental condition that deserves proper recognition and support.
💜 Awareness isn’t fear. It’s prevention.
If this resonates comment AWARE so we can create more awareness and advocacy.
I love you.
Surthriving With You,
XO, Dr. Jen

Children raised in rural areas surrounded by animals and nature are 55% less likely to develop psychiatric disorders and show significantly stronger immune systems than their urban peers. Researchers discovered that regular exposure to natural environments and animals helps children develop more resilient mental health and supports the immune system in ways that city life rarely provides. This includes better stress regulation, improved social and emotional development, and enhanced resistance to infections.
The study highlights how interactions with animals, soil, and greenery stimulate both the brain and the body, offering benefits that go far beyond playtime. Rural children often engage in outdoor activities, care for animals, and experience a variety of microbes that strengthen immune function. In contrast, urban environments with limited green spaces and higher pollution levels can reduce these natural protective exposures.
While urban living has its advantages, incorporating nature and animal interaction into children’s daily routines could be a powerful way to support mental and physical health. This research suggests that reconnecting with nature is more than recreation; it may be essential for building healthier, more resilient generations.
