This week marked on-site training for the Focused Air Group team, led by Beatriz Hernandez Ferreiro, our Sales Executive at Smart 145.

Over the course of the training, the team got hands-on with the platform: real workflows, real questions, and a setup built around how they actually operate day to day. That hands-on approach is by design: onboarding at Smart 145 isn’t a handoff; it’s a starting point.

From here, our team stays close as Focused Air Group moves into daily use, making sure the platform keeps fitting the way they work.
