it’s been a good design week 🥰 feeling incredibly blessed to work with so many incredible business owners this summer in between play dates and soaking up the sun with my boys! ☀️ happy weekend!

Meet the MKDS core team! Maya, Karianna, and Brittany have all worked with me almost 4 years now and touch almost every project. And our SEO partnership with started almost 2 years ago!

After my first maternity leave ended I was determined to continue business as a one-woman team. I thought I could still do it all but I was quickly humbled and knew I needed help if I could be both the mother and business owner I wanted to be.

I literally reached out to a slack channel as a new postpartum mom desperately seeking help on a project that was happening that week! That’s when I connected with and she’s been a part of the team ever since! 🫶🏻

These ladies all love our clients so well. They pour all of their unique, individual talents into each and every one of our projects - I’m so grateful to have them on the team and it was about time that I shared them here!

We also have had more incredible designers support this team in our busy seasons so I can’t forget to mention , , and ☺️

So in case you’ve ever thought I do it all alone, I definitely don’t (even if our brand photos haven’t been updated in years and it’s still mostly me up on our website 🫣) Growing a team, and accepting help, has been one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made!
