beholder~Most look at the diver's position on a crew as one of the least favorable. If you ask our divers, they beg to differ. The most common reason- while everyone else is sweating their tails off in South Florida's beaming sun, the diver is protected from it by the walls of the trench and cooled by the water.
By no means, whatsoever, am I discrediting the
difficulties that entail being a diver. It is incredibly challenging, and on Miami's "cold" mornings its perks are essentially nonexistent.

There are many aspects of the dirt world where frugality can & should be exercised- we do not feel that maintenance is one of them. There are many pennies to pinch, you just have to know which and when. We rely heavily on these machines everyday & cannot afford a single minute of unexpected downtime. For this reason, our maintenance program is carte blanche (within reason). We pride ourselves in effectively keeping machines running efficiently longer than most would ever expect them to. Take care of the beast, and she will take care of you.
