Please join us THIS SUNDAY as we come together to celebrate Leukemia Awareness Month!

This event kicks off at 7AM with a yoga class in the Shenkman Pavillion at Baptist Health South Miami Hospital.

After yoga, there will be a fun run/walk, complimentary coffee truck, live DJ, raffle, prizes and more!

Join us in supporting Dr. Zahra as she runs the Keys 100 next Saturday, May 18th, to raise money for one Seis Luces patient, Rosemary Luna 💛💛💛💛💛💛

This is Dr. Zahra’s second year in a row (!!!) running the Keys 100 to raise money for Seis Luces. Last year’s efforts raised over $8000 which was used to provide patients with care baskets, birthday celebrations and holiday experiences.

This year, we are proud to announce that all money raised will be used to help Rosemary and her family as she moves into her next stage of treatment.

Help us to deliver light into the life of this beautiful 20yo woman who has seen so much darkness. Please donate what you can and share this page with others in your network. Every dollar donated will go directly to the patient and her family. ✨

Hello! For those that don’t know us, we would like to introduce ourselves!

We are Seis Luces. We are a non-profit organization that is focused on enhancing the lives of acute leukemia patients. Our mission is to support, enhance and brighten the lives of patients during their darkest hours.

Rather than focusing on research, we are invested in creating experiences that bring some light to our patients’ lives.

We were founded in 2023 by Dr. Talia Zahra, MD, a Miami-based hematology oncologist. In our first fundraiser, Dr. Zahra ran the 2023 Keys-100 and raised over $7,000 in donation pledges.

This platform will be used to educate, spotlight patient stories and share our mission moving forward.
