Time to start up the fun again.

18 days away! I have at least 2 new beers planned for the event, come out and drink and dance!

4 years ago while working at Carnival Cruise Lines, I came up with the crazy idea of throwing a beerfest in order to raise funds for Kids in Distress. Fast forward 4 years later and I am no longer with CCL, but I am so proud of everyone still there who have grown this event larger than I ever thought possible. This coming Saturday come out to .beerfest and enjoy some incredible beer, food, music and most importantly people. Support a great cause, get a nice buzz on, and have fun. I will be out there with limited pours of Finkle is Einhorn, Im Your Density and a new experimental pale ale. Maybe if you're lucky I may have some pours of DMC leftover. See you guys Saturday!!

The force is strong with this one......

We are all set up at for the competition. Come out and try DMC and Finkle is Einhorn!

Say hello to DMC.... This imperial stout is clocking in at 14% abv and it was brewed and mashed with a dozen glazed donuts, and then went into a Heaven Hill Bourbon soaked barrel to pick up incredible oak, toffee, chocolate and bourbon notes from the barrel. When it came out I then added in an insane amount of freshly roasted cacao nibs and all natural vanilla marshmallows. The final product is oozing with complex flavors from everything used in this beer and your taste buds will be dancing. The absolutely only place to taste this will be at next Saturday 7/27 for the Brewing With Wake competition. HOWEVER..... Be on the lookout for a contest to win a coveted bottle of this brew. I'm extremely proud of how great this beer came out and I can't wait to serve it to you all.

In celebration of I would like to formally announce the first beer you will be able to try at for their 1st Annual Homebrew competition. This huge beer was brewed with glazed donuts and then finished off with mounds of marshmallows and fresh roasted cacao nibs. This beer WILL be available for people's vote and will run out FAST! So come early on 6/22 and be ready to drink!
