AI may not care about your compliance requirements, which is why your CMS should.

In Episode 14 of 'Real Talk, Real Trust with dotCMS', Freddy Montes (VP Product, dotCMS) breaks down why governance is not optional when you're building AI content workflows for healthcare, finance, or government, and how dotCMS already has the guardrails built in through workflows and audit trails.

When was the last time a customer experienced your brand exactly the way you intended it?

Customers experience your brand as one thing. When the pieces don't connect, they feel it, even when they can't say why.

Integrated brand experience is not only about brand guidelines but also about the infrastructure that makes consistency enforceable: approval workflows, governed content, and a platform that does the policing so your team doesn't have to.

We wrote the guide that covers everything about brand experiences: https://www.dotcms.com/blog/guide-to-integrated-brand-experiences

At enterprise scale, asset chaos becomes a compliance risk.

Hundreds of teams. Multiple regions. Dozens of channels. Every piece of content needs to be approved, current, and traceable — before it goes anywhere.

Digital Asset Management gives compliance-led organizations a governed, centralized library where every asset is tagged, versioned, and distributed through controlled workflows. The right content reaches the right channel, every time.

Upload. Tag. Manage. Distribute. At any scale.

Team dotCMS had a great day at the IDC CIO Summit in New York. This year's theme, the Rise of Agentic Systems, set the tone for every conversation on the floor. Proud to have sponsored, and even prouder to see our VP of Marketing, Inna Bosenko 🇺🇦, take the stage.

Inna opened with a stat IDC itself put on the table: by 2026, GenAI and automation will drive $1 trillion in global workforce productivity gains. Her question to the room - if agentic systems are the engine, which team should see those gains first?

Her answer: the Digital Experience team. The people building, managing, and marketing digital products now account for 18–25% of headcount and up to 30% of payroll in service-based industries. That makes them the single highest-leverage place for AI to land, but only if it lands in a way that doesn't dilute the brand, erode trust, or expose risk.

That's the bet we're making at dotCMS: AI-driven accessibility, brand governance, and personalization, built into a visual headless CMS that compliance-led organizations can actually trust at scale.

Thanks to IDC for a sharp, well-run event, and to every CIO who stopped by the booth!

🟣 New in dotCMS: Page Health.

Two scanners inside the Universal Visual Editor — Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) + GEO (AI readiness score). Both catch what your CMS can't see, before publish.

Included. No extra cost.

Can your marketing team publish content in 24 hours, or are you stuck waiting on an IT ticket?

That's the first of four questions Zain Ishaq, CEO of dotCMS, says every leader should ask about their content operations.

In this clip from Episode 15 of Real Talk, Real Trust, Zain lays out the self-audit:
- Can marketing publish in 24 hours, or does it need an IT ticket?
- Do you have a single source of truth or is content fragmented across systems?
- Can you publish the same content across web, mobile, and every other channel?
- Do you have a documented workflow that's actually enforced?

If you answered "no" to any of the above, you already know where the work is.

AI assistants are easy. AI agents are an architecture problem.

When an autonomous agent needs to publish across 40 sites, respect role-based permissions, and trigger the right workflow, most CMSs hit a wall.

Closed APIs. No machine-readable content models. No governance layer agents can call into.

That's the gap dotCMS is building for.
