I shot this session for sweet Maia — my very first newborn client (as seen on the newspaper cover — scroll to see!). I had so much fun capturing these moments; she was the perfect little model. Always smiling, always full of joy — she makes every session a blast.

While editing this session, I had a moment of realization — my photography isn’t like most other photographers in Miami (many of whom I truly admire and appreciate). My style is different: it’s simple, classic, and timeless. I want every image you frame or hang on your walls to feel just as beautiful years from now as it does today. I’m not into trends or lots of props — and if I use one, it’s always minimal and intentional. The focus should always be on the real art: you.

Life’s been moving fast, and I’ve been soaking in all its messy, beautiful moments — which meant stepping back from here for a bit. But I’m back, and I couldn’t think of a sweeter way to return than with this little ray of sunshine.

Austin turns 1!! I’ve been photographing Austin and his mommy since he was in the belly, and I can’t believe he’s already a whole year old. It’s so gratifying to document his journey and watch him grow. To many more milestones!

My second newborn shoot in the books, and wow—this one pushed me! But despite the challenges, I walked away with some beautiful shots that make it all so worth it. ❤️✨
