The success of ABA therapy in enhancing social skills lies in its repertoire of specialized techniques.
Therapists employ a variety of methods to teach and reinforce appropriate social behaviors. These techniques are carefully selected based on each patient’s individual needs and progress levels.
By combining structured sessions with naturalistic interventions, professionals create a balanced environment in which social learning can flourish.

ABA equips children with structured chore routines through clear instructions, modeling and reinforcement. Parents and therapists teach simple meal preparation tasks—like snack assembly or utensil use—through repeated trials and visual supports.
Room organization skills involve sorting, categorizing and following checklists to maintain a predictable environment.
Consistent reinforcement and fading of prompts encourage the child to initiate chores independently. As these skills consolidate, children contribute meaningfully to family life and develop a sense of responsibility

“I am beyond grateful for the exceptional ABA services my son has received. Sofia has been a true blessing. Her patience, dedication, and ability to connect with my son have been remarkable. She tailors each session to his unique needs, making learning both fun and effective.
Michelle has also been incredibly supportive. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made a huge difference in coordinating his care. She’s always available to answer questions, track progress, and ensure we’re on the right path. It’s clear that both Sofia and Michelle are deeply invested in my son’s success, and their collaboration has created a positive and empowering environment.
I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my son’s behavior and communication, and it’s all thanks to the outstanding team at Mestre. I feel confident in the care he’s receiving, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking ABA therapy.”

”5 plus stars for us. My son has been in Mestre for almost 10 years. He started at the age of 2 and will be 12 years old. He has grown and thrived there with an amazing team of RBTs and BCBAs. His program goals have always been modified to fit his needs. This center works on all different areas from communication to functional living skills. They can be center, school or home based depending on the needs. They always cater to what is best for him and our family. Mestre has always impressed me with their professionalism , organization. and attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to any child in need of ABA therapy.”
