Guarire dalle proprie turbe esistenziali/emotive non è mai un processo lineare.
È come viaggiare sulle montagne russe, alternando momenti di tristezza ed apatia a momenti di “felicità” immotivata.
Una cosa che mi sta aiutando, è fissare degli obiettivi.
Io ne ho due, prima di tornare a lavorare in nave: continuare a farvi ascoltare le mie canzoni e imparare a cantare come Domenico Bini.
