Hosted my second fitness event of the year, wow I can’t believe I’m saying that! 🩷🥹 I love sharing my fitness journey with you guys and it gets me even more excited when you can join in. The purpose of this event was to celebrate the love we have for ourselves, get out of the every day routine and get a good workout in.

Motherhood journey…

I was just talking to a soon to be mom about my motherhood and she was telling me about all her worries. I reassured her that everything would be fine. Once you become a mom something switches off in your brain and you want to become the best version of yourself. I know it’s hard to not compare yourself when we are consuming social media and we see all these moms that are so put together and organized and we can’t help but wonder if we will be the same…

I told her that every motherhood journey is different. You might think that you will be the most organized person and then when you are living to it, everything changes. Or you might be a very messy person before having a baby and then when you have yours, you are incredibly organized.

Let’s encourage new moms to live in the moment and not worry so much about what’s to come. You will figure it out and you will come on top.

My fitness goals for 2025 with



Goals include wearing cute gym outfits no matter how my body looks! I used to wear baggy clothes to the gym because I felt uncomfortable showing off my body. Why???? Who cares if it’s not what society finds to be “perfect”. I am perfectly happy with the way I look and feel. Lets bring that positive attitude into 2025 and let’s continue to move our bodies 💕

Loved my recent outfit and wanted to share 💘 I found my new staple linen pants from ✨ They can be dressed up or down and the quality is amazing. The linen is ethically sourced, breathable, lightweight and most importantly it has an elastic waistband.
