I think this will be my last post over here for a while, so I wanted to share a photo I took this morning. I went to South Beach to watch the sunrise & to photograph this lifeguard shack. This was recently re-painted in a patriotic theme, for America's 250th birthday. Doesn't it look super cool??

Sometimes I think about stopping posting over here. I often feel as if I am just posting into the void and like my photos are going into a black hole. Maybe I will just post less?? Way less? Because posting often gets me nowhere and nothing. I don't know. We shall see what happens!

🌴🌴🌴 I've done so many of these sunrise sessions over the years and every single time it feels like the first time. I never get tired of that Boat Basin view!

This Chinese Lantern Hibiscus was beautiful! I'd never seen a hibiscus like this one before.

For a few brief moments, the sun rays were showing off, despite the sun hiding behind the clouds.

I dragged my sleepy self out to the Newport Fishing Pier this morning...and while it was a lovely, peaceful morning, the sunrise was very uneventful. The sun never made an appearance!
