We are excited to announce the acquisition of the property adjacent to The Wesley at Fillmore. This expansion will add 62 new units, bringing the total community to 118 units. The additional development will allow us to introduce exceptional new amenities designed to enhance the resident experience. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
