Our initial offer on another 🏡 got accepted; we were ready to close; then the ultimate Realtor and buyer nightmare happened😫we had to back out of the deal😒Fast forward ….my client prayed to be in that same subdivision….months more of searching -God heard her prayer and not only granted my clients a home in the very same subdivision as the previous home that we had a contract on but literally giving my clients a home right down the street from the previous home…..ok so WAIT…the complete irony of this story???? The numbers of the previous home were 3218….the home that GOD granted them…..3128…..😱😱🙏🏼🙏🏼 WON’T HE DO It…What was even better?? My clients got the home for $20k UNDER asking in this crazy market!! 🙏🏼🙌🏽🎉🎉🎉
