Sergio Cervantes studied Architecture in Havana, Cuba. After moving to Miami, he worked for more than 15 years with reputable architectural firms building local luxury communities among which are Fisher Island, 1060 and 1050 Brickell, as well as other important international projects.
In 2009, he decided to change his path and pursue the long time dream of becoming an architectural photographer. This new career offered him the possibility of working with real estate agents taking pictures of their listings and to know the real estate business better.
After some time, he decided to become a real estate agent himself and currently he is both a professional architectural photographer and a Realtor. Now he offers his clients years of experience in different sectors of the real estate field and hopes they benefit from working with him.

Yanai Nassar has been a Realtor since 2003. Since then, she has helped a vast number of buyers and sellers in Miami to successfully sell and purchase their homes. In all these years she has widely developed negotiating skills as well as proficiency in marketing and advertising which play a key role in the real estate business.
In the commercial side of real estate, she has specialized in Residential Developments advising investors and developers in the planning of new projects from land acquisition to sales and marketing as well as in Income Producing Properties and multifamily investments.
Graduated with highest honors from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Art History.
