Today, more than ever, I celebrate your 250th anniversary.

Only in America could a dream like mine have become reality.

I arrived here at 19 years old carrying nothing but hope, ambition, and a passion for drawing. As a child, I drew because I didn’t have much toys. I never imagined that one day those same drawings would become restaurants, hotels, and brands built across Chicago, New Orleans, New York, Miami, Texas, and many other places around the world.

What once seemed impossible became Jastor—a company that has generated millions of dollars in business and allowed us to create opportunities for so many people.

That is the American Dream.

America is a place where you can become whoever you choose to be. Where you are free to think, to believe, to build, and to pursue your vision without anyone telling you your dreams are too big. Every day brings another opportunity to start over, work harder, and become someone greater than you were yesterday.

Today, I simply want to say thank you.

Thank you to this extraordinary nation for opening its doors to dreamers like me.

My prayer is that God continues to bless and protect the United States. That despite our political differences, the challenges we face, and even the criticism and hostility we often receive from around the world, we never lose what has always made this country exceptional: the courage to innovate, the freedom to dream, and the unwavering belief that anything is possible.
