Kyle Richards’ sobriety was a focal point of the most recent season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She has abstained from alcohol since July of 2023. She said, “Alcohol made me feel depressed the next day no matter how fun the night before was. And honestly, life is going to throw us some difficult days. I certainly don’t need to be adding extra ones to that list.” If you are someone who wants fewer difficult days, call HART at (786) 473-4688.
