WE'RE HIRING!

Seeking an architect for a 30-hour per week position at Treister Design & Development, an award-winning boutique architecture and development firm based in Coconut Grove, to prepare design drawings for new, ground-up luxury single family homes.

The person will work directly with the firm‘s principal, architect Charles Treister, in preparing the design drawings and 3-D modeling, including architectural design, interior design and landscape design. The job will not involve any preparation of construction documents.

In addition to the design drawing work, the job will also involve project management and construction management in the office and in the field.

Job Requirements:
• Architectural Degree but license not required
• Strong skills in Sketch-up, AutoCad, and Photoshop required
• Design experience preferred
• Experience with Construction and Single Family Homes a plus but not required

This position is a fantastic opportunity for an architect who is interested in development to learn from an experienced developer, as well as an opportunity to work on high quality residential design projects.

Job Details:
• 30 hours per week
• Weekly salary $25-$40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Pay for holidays, sick days and vacation days included
