10 things I’ve learned since I started a business.

1. You get in what you put out, and I’m not talking about money.
2. Connections are priceless
3. You can have a positive first and second year (now I’m speaking about money)
4. It’s hard to find the right employees but all it’s takes is one really good one to turn things around in a drastic way, so they are worth searching for.
5. When it comes to employees communication skills are a huge foreshadow on their work ethic so keeps those expectations high.
6. No one care the way you do as a Founder
7. You may feel like you’re chasing your tale but we are always dealing with the LOA so it may take 100 spins to get 5 solid clients, so rinse and repeat.
8. This business is not my life, clock out as needed!
9. I’ve never had the same drive and energy as I have had, in the work force, as I have found with running my own business.
10. I never have to fear getting laid off again, just keep the clients happy and carry on.
