1 week old wall totally falling over. Builder doesn't want to replace. Not my house but i was hired to spray damp proofing. This foundation was poured a week ago and they built the footings and wall on frozen ground. Now it's thawing and this massive split appeared. The back half of the house literally split off and is sinking. About a 30' section. I told the builder to replace it and he doesn't think it's necessary. You can stick your whole hand through.

To me that's absolutely insane. He wants to "patch it with fiber and epoxy" it's well beyond that. And the ground is going to continue to thaw and I'd say for sure more of this will happen. It's not my issue and I damp proofed the foundation and was paid for it. But I think it's absolutely ridiculous to not replace this. There is also zero steel in the wall or stone under the footing. He hired a company to come fix it and they came and looked at it and told him they wouldn't touch it and also to replace it. People this cheap and hacky shouldn't be allowed to build. He said the form company said "it's no big deal"

Found this bag in a kitchen of an Airbnb I’m cleaning. It’s wet/oily and smells very strong, kind of like menthol.

My 4 year old son at the time got bit by something on April 31st it looked infected so we took him to the ER and he was put on an antibiotic. On May 3rd we assume he got bit by something again on his arm and finger and it started blistering up. It looked awful. We took him back to the ER but since he was already on an antibiotic the Dr. didn’t wanna prescribe him another one and said just come back if he shows signs of an infection. She said she thought it was “Skeeter syndrome” but anytime we went to the store my son HAD to show people his arm and an older man said “oh yeah looks like you got poison ivy on your arm” so this had us thinking he possibly got poison ivy in the wood behind our house. Anyways his arm looked CRAZY though. He now has a few small circular scars from this.

Fall tillage 1998. 8850 and cpc. Stalk built up under exhaust manifold on the big V8. Believe it or not we burnt 3 8850s. 2 just like this and the last one we saved and traded for a 9400. Hired man was on the 2 way radio yelling "fire fire"..

I have been a journeyman machinist about 40 years. I am working at this place and sometimes used fl**ges come in. Sometimes there is steel pipes welded to stainless fl**ges. They want me to remove the steel pipe and then machine the stainless fl**ge and they sell it as new. I know this is wrong and anyway you look at it. What do I say to the owner this is against the law even though he's telling me to do it?
