🍁 Introducing the Miami Maple Cup! ☕️

Created just for our Wynwood shop during FIFA World Cup 2026, it celebrates Panther Coffee’s role as host of the Canada panel as part of Let’s Wyn, Wynwood’s district-wide World Cup celebration.

A taste of Canada with a Miami twist, this special drink features our delicious Nitro Cold Brew layered over an orange maple base and topped with luscious salted maple cold foam.

As part of the Wynwood to the World experience, 48 country panels were installed throughout the neighborhood, transforming Wynwood into an interactive destination where visitors can explore local gems, complete challenges, unlock rewards, and celebrate the world’s game together.

Join Panther Coffee in Traverse City

This is a year-round role; not a seasonal position. PT and FT available.

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our roasting and production team in Traverse City.

We’ll train the right person, but experience in warehouse work, production environments, food manufacturing, shipping/receiving, delivery driving, or specialty coffee is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

* Bagging and grinding coffee
* Preparing and organizing wholesale and retail orders
* Assisting with deliveries
* Helping maintain a clean, organized roastery and workspace
* Supporting the roasting team with day-to-day production tasks
* General upkeep and maintenance of equipment and work areas
* Restocking and moving inventory as needed

You might be a great fit if you:

* Enjoy hands-on work and staying physically active
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Have strong attention to detail
* Are dependable and organized
* Can move with urgency while maintaining quality
* Can safely lift and carry up to 65 lbs independently and participate in team lifts of up to 130 lbs
* Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
