Cashew Pesto Pasta (it’s vegan if you don’t add cheese like me ☺️)

Here’s a super easy, quick, and nutritious recipe you can make at home. It provides you with a good source of fiber, healthy fats and protein.

1 lb whole wheat pasta
1 bunch fresh basil
3/4 cups roasted cashews
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper

While you put the pasta to boil, mix all of the other ingredients to make the sauce in a blender. I suggest crushing the cashews beforehand so it blends easier and you get a smoother consistency. Hope you all enjoy! 🙌🏼

Good morning All !

Here's a detailed video on some of the nutritional benefits you get from consuming a chia seed pudding and how to make one at home! It only consists of 4 ingredients plus any toppings you may want to add.
The ingredients are:
- 1/4 -1/2 cup coconut milk (or any other type of milk you prefer)
- 1-2 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 Tsp honey (or any other sweetener)
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
