AFR delivered a $5 million land loan to Norfe Properties. The 152 acres includes frontage on Krome Avenue and 104th Street in Miami, FL. The borrower was pleased with the loan as AFR really shined with creativity in structuring the deal. 

AFR delivered $6.06 Million to Tree Garden Business Park, a 109,050 SF flex space property. Situated on 6+ acres in Doral, Florida the property offers office space in the front and warehouse with dock level doorways. The property underwent a complete interior and exterior rehab and is currently 100% occupied. Through the years, borrowers continue to return to AFR for guidance and input in their refinancing or acquisition loans.

CONSTRUCTION IS NEARING COMPLETION

Absolut Financial Resources (AFR) delivered $36.25 Million in a construction-to-permanent tax-exempt bond loan. AFR arranged the permanent debt through affordable bonds and low-income housing tax credits for 27077 SFH LLC based out of Miami. Madison Point is a 263-unit affordable apartment complex in the southern region of Miami, Florida. Madison Point offers modern units with high ceilings and is family-oriented. The property offers 14,000 square feet of retail space.

The Property will be family-orientated and consist of four multi-story elevator serviced buildings as well as 14,000 square feet of retail space.
