-Making a Blue Ocean shift instead of competing in crowded markets
-Using Strategic Periodization to create “year-end push”’ four times a year - make this a habit!
-Applying the 75% RPA formula - keeping 75% of your week focused on revenue-producing activities.

Really solid session packed with tactical tools, actionable strategies and ideas you can put to work immediately.

Definitely recommend for anyone in business leadership or growth-focused roles.

Events Team kicked off 2026 with a tour of the new while finalizing details for Thursday’s Board Installation meeting/luncheon. With more than 120,000 square feet of meeting and event space - including the impressive 30,000 sq ft ballroom - we are excited to showcase this new property to our industry members!
