Hoy te presento una de esas tortas francesas que nunca pasan de moda: la Torta Le Concorde. Una obra maestra creada por Gaston Lenôtre en los años 60.
¿Y qué la hace tan especial? Muy sencillo: capas y capas de merengue de chocolate horneado, crujiente por fuera y suave por dentro, alternadas con una mousse de chocolate intensa, aterciopelada y ligera.
