Along the Biscayne Corridor, between my Aventura office and Costco runs, there's one stop I try not to skip: North Miami's Basilic Vietnamese Grill. The staff is always welcoming, and they know how much I love their Curry Soups — the Curry Noodle Soup with vermicelli, potato & sweet potato is THE best. I always got the Duck, until I discovered their vegetable curry — OH MY GOSH, Scrumpterou. My other go-to is the Vietnamese Chicken Salad with cabbage. An afternoon nap I'll never apologize for. Sunset on the bay. Dinner that ends with espresso and a story.

This is the life I sell. Because it's also the life I live.
