KETOGENIC BODYBUILDING
Peak Week Protocol 💪🏽🏆👍🏽
After several months of being in Ketosis on a Ketogenic Diet this Protocol will work “without being a keto nutrition bodybuilder” THIS WILL NOT WORK
1. Do Keto
2. Do keto for several months to make sure your “fat adapted” protocol will not work in anyone not fat adapted!
3. Change your nutrition to Steak & Eggs depending on how much fat you need to loose 30-20-10 days of 0 carbs
High H2O & Sodium
4. Depending on how much lean body mass you have and how fast your metabolism is give yourself 2-3-4 days of CARBOHYDRATE & CALORIE LOADING, for myself at 200 pounds I’m going to do 3 1/2 days of loading starting with 600g of carbs Day 1
800g of carbs Day 2 1000g of carbs Day 3 and depending on how full and lean I am 1000g more or 1500g the morning of the competition.
Calorie intake Varys on the competitors somatotype Ectomorph match’s the Carbohydrate calories 600g 2400 calories 4,800 total calories consumed day 1 , 1000g 4000 calories of carbohydrates so 8000 total calories!!!
That’s me 👍🏽 thus the term LOAD 😉

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.
