Everything has its challenges but we figured it out like we always do.

This week, we prepare for one of the most meaningful events of the year — the Baby Naranjo Gala. ✨🤍

While every event we create is important and special to us, this is the one we wait for all year long. An event built with so much love, heart, and purpose from every single MPE employee, for the Naranjo family, their friends, and our incredible MPE fendors.

Countless hours, sleepless nights, teamwork, passion, and dedication have gone into bringing this vision to life, and we could not be more grateful for every person who has worked tirelessly to make it happen.

It truly takes a village, and we are honored to be part of something so special. 🖤

The event may be over… but the real growth happens in the debrief.

Taking time to regroup with your team after an event is how good teams become great ones. Communication, accountability, fresh ideas, and constant improvement are what keep the magic evolving.

4 hours to wrap 4,000 sqft of flooring, build a full ceremony stage, and completely transform the Seafair yacht into another breathtaking wedding experience. Pressure creates diamonds — and we deliver every time.

It started with a phone call.
That turned into an idea.
An idea into a design.
A design into a render.
And this is what happens when we bring our renders to life.

From a render to reality—
A 15ft custom carousel built with foam board, 3D elements, acrylic details, marquee bulbs, LED strips, and a motorized rotation.
A true statement piece for the center bar.

Ending the year the only way we know how—strong. When came to us with his design deck, inspiration, and crazy ideas, we stepped up to the challenge and pushed our boundaries to create custom pieces that literally turned visions into beyond what was originally imagined.

From concept renderings to final builds, these custom backdrops were crafted to deliver a full France/Moulin Rouge–style experience.
