We who suffer from an anxious brain can get free by becoming present to what it is we are afraid of. The anxiety comes from something we block from our consciousness.

Don't underestimate the power of intention. Intention gets through even when the mind is racing and you feel overwhelmed.

Mental Health issues are often at the core of our social problems. Healing the brain/mind is something possible and amazing when assisted by coaching. Coaching can tap into the unique power we all have to accomplish great things even in the face of adversity.

OCD is a debilitating disorder but it doesn't have to stop forward action on your goals or dreams. You have many sources of intelligence in your body, the brain is but one.
