In this bathroom renovation, we used vertical stack bond tile to draw the eye upward and a floating vanity to enhance the sense of height. Matte black hardware adds contrast, while the modern vanity with a wood niche provides warmth.

The amenity lounge at Grand Station is designed to feel like an extension of home. Double-height windows provide an abundance of natural light, while custom mid-century modern furnishings in greens and blues seamlessly connect the interior with the outdoors.

A sculptural cove ceiling and circular banquette serve as inviting focal points for gathering, relaxation, and daily living.
