We have good news, Clarity R2R hire number 4 has just had his E2 visa approved at the Embassy! 🎉

We are now all systems go with pre-start onboarding, plotting and planning, ready for our man’s start here in Miami in June!

The train doesn’t stop, though - we’re looking for more people to join the team, so if you would like to discuss potentially taking a seat in the lounge reserved only for winners, then please raise a hand (locals welcome also); we’re open to your market background.

The Quarterly Billing Champion for Clarity R2R for Q1 is The Pride of Bolton, Marcus Davies! Marcus MD Davies

What a start to 2026 for Marcus - he produced his best-ever month in recruitment in February, and then managed to beat that again in March, with a total of $176,913.

He’s also only been in the business for 7 months - unreal.

Word even spread to Bruce Buffer of the UFC, who insisted on congratulating Marcus personally before stepping into the octagon to announce Adesanya vs Pyfer recently.

We also now have our Clarity R2R Quarterly Billing Championship belt, which will be wrapped around Marcus’ waist when he returns from the UK.

Well done mate - massive congrats! 👏
