AI is the future, but employees and prospective hires are here right now. Focus on them today for the AI of tomorrow.

When you teach a generation to speak up and voice their opinions and concerns openly, don’t be surprised when they do. Make it work.

The WSJ is correct about Gen Z – no one has taught them how to behave like a professional in any industry or job. And some things never change.

If senior Management is “confused” by Gen Z, it’s because they do not care to listen.

If hourly workers want to be paid at the end of each shift, consider why. Signing bonuses will shut this down. Or you can agree to pay them as day laborers. Just explain to them what that really means.

Never confuse Management with Leadership. Your business needs both.

All generations want job security. This is not a Gen Z thing.

All generations of motivated workers “want meaning and a sense of purpose”. This is not a Gen Z “thing”.

When you have good managers, you won’t need quarterly reviews.

Relationship Building is simple in a remote or hybrid environment. Start at the Team level, have a weekly cocktail hour. And show up managers and senior execs, it’s not optional for you!
