Hazelnut and cocoa paste
Ingredients
10 dehydrated dates, pitted
100 grams of hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
enough water
Preparation mode
In a bowl, cover the dates and soak for at least an hour.
If you want, heat quickly in the microwave, or in a pan, so that they are softer.
Place the hazelnuts in a shape and roast in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Remove the shells and place the hazelnuts while still hot in a food processor and blend for 5 minutes.
As soon as it turns into a paste, add the dates and cocoa.
Process again and add the water from the date sauce little by little until you reach the desired point.
Arrange in a container and serve with fruit, as a topping for pancakes or plain, with a cup of coffee.

Banana ice cream with peanut butter
Ingredients
2 ripe and frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 glass of coconut milk
1 scoop of whey (optional)
Preparation mode
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container, cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Now just serve.

Chocolate Cake
Cake Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 pot of natural yogurt
4 tablespoons of rice flour
2 tablespoons of almond flour
1 tablespoon of potato starch
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Topping Ingredients
1/2 bar of 70% chocolate
1 cream
Cake preparation method
Beat the eggs, coconut oil and brown sugar in a blender.
Add cocoa and continue beating.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the yeast.
Pour the dough into a bowl.
Incorporate the yeast.
Put the dough in a form.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Coverage preparation method
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Mix the cream.
Pour over the finished cake and enjoy!

Avocado Salad with Corn
Ingredients
½ red onion, cut in half moon shape
2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
½ cup of boiled corn
1 small avocado cut into cubes
half lemon juice
salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
plain lettuce to taste
Preparation mode
Gather all the ingredients;
Place the onions, tomatoes, corn and avocado in a bowl;
Add the lemon juice, especially over the avocado pieces so that they do not oxidize (darken); then add salt, olive oil and mix;
Line a platter with lettuce leaves, place the seasoned salad on them and serve next.
Feel free to add your favorite ingredients and seasonings to the salad. In addition, we suggest that it be served with nachos or tortillas.

Chia flan
Ingredients
1 cup of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of honey (or any sweetener to taste)
Fruits to taste
Preparation mode
Gather all the ingredients; in a container, add coconut milk, chia, honey and mix well; take it to the fridge for at least 1 hour to gain consistency; now just assemble: layer the pudding interspersing with fruit in a glass pot; take it to the fridge and leave it for another 4 hours, or overnight; now just serve.
Serve with granola, it is delicious and brings a very good crunch. You can add fruit jellies in the layers, of different flavors, creating different versions.

Banana Waffle
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of finely ground oat flakes
1 teaspoon of cake yeast
cinnamon to taste
Preparation mode
Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a mixer.
Grease the waffle maker and place the dough.
Serve with the accompaniment of your choice.

Simple grilled fish fillet
Ingredients
500 g of sole fillet
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
2 teaspoons of thyme
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Gather all the ingredients; place the fillets in a bowl and season them with salt, oil, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and set aside; take a skillet to medium heat and fry the fillets; when they are golden, turn off the heat and serve them immediately..
Feel free to season the fish in your own way. And to accompany it, we suggest you make a nice salad of leaves, fresh rice or mashed potatoes.

Chicken with vegetables
Ingredients
3 chicken breast fillets
2 large peppers, one green and one red
1 medium onion
1 cup of carrot
1 cup of cauliflower
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove and 1/2 minced garlic
2 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Preparation mode
Slice the peppers, onion and carrots
In a skillet or large pot, place the oil, onion and garlic and sauté over low heat.
When the onion is translucent, add the peppers, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.
Cut the chicken into cubes or small strips and season in your own way.
In another pan, sauté the chicken until completely cooked/fried.
Let it brown and add the soy sauce.
Combine the chicken with the vegetables, add the apple cider vinegar and honey
Mix well and let it brown
Turn off the heat and serve with your favorite accompaniment.

Banana pancake with oatmeal
How about a simple oatmeal banana pancake recipe? It gets even tastier if served with fruit, honey or fresh whipped cream, try it!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of oat flour
1 tablespoon flaxseed or flaxseed meal
1 pinch of culinary sweetener (optional)
2 egg whites
1 very ripe banana
Coconut oil for greasing a skillet
preparation mode
In a bowl, mix the oats and flaxseeds. And if you want to make it sweeter, add the sweetener too.
Mash the bananas.
Add the egg whites and mashed bananas with the oatmeal and flaxseed mixture, and mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
In a frying pan, pass 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, put a small portion of the dough and wait for one side to brown. When one side is golden, repeat the process with the other side. Place on a plate and serve with some toppings.

Healthy muffin with strawberry jam
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/4 cup coconut oil or melted butter
2 cups of oat flour
1/4 cup demerara sugar or sweetener
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Strawberry jam to taste
preparation mode
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the jam).
When it becomes homogeneous, put parts of the dough in muffin molds.
Bake in oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Put the strawberry jam on top of the muffins and it's ready.

Strawberry and banana smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups of strawberry tea
1/3 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt)
ice to taste

Cut the banana and strawberries into smaller pieces.
In a blender, place the banana, strawberry, yogurt, ice and blend well.
If necessary, add a little water to help blend.
Transfer the smoothie to a pitcher and serve.
