CACAO 21 Days Sacred Journey !

This is my first time offering this beautifullllll journey with mama cacao and I am soooo excited to share it from my heart and my experience, the same way I once embarked to commune with this ancestral plant medicine and the spirit of Cacao.

In this 21 days we will go deep in our relationship with the plant medicine of cacao.

We will sit in ceremony together and by yourself having a sacred experience with the intention to open your heart and feel any feelings that is left to feel inside.

We will learn the history of cacao , the journey from the seed to the sacred beverage….

We will embark on a transformative journey exploring the spiritual essence and healing power of cacao.

We will also experience different ways of how cacao can be used for our health.

Sacred Cacao Session

SACRED SMOKE

Instructions :

Use caution at all times.

1.Place your herbs ( sage, sweet grass, cedar or any herb you fell called) in a copalera, Avalon shell or anything made of clay as the bottom will get very hot.

2. Light the dry herbs with a match so that the dry material flames.

3. Allow it to burn for a few moments and then fan the flames out with the Feather Fan so that the herbs are now smudging.

4. It is the smoke we want to work with , not the fire.

5. Once your herbs get smudging continue to fan them with the intention of healing, clearing a space, as an opening ceremony and also to clear both the mind as well as the home.

6. As you use and connect with your Smudge Feather Fan you will feel the presence of the birds spirit.

7. Use this Sacred practice to smudge rooms, houses, people, crystals, tools & yourself
