Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, all! This is a strange post for this time of year, but everyone needs to know: DO NOT, I repeat, *DO NOT* order any products from our FB Shop page, as they will not be fulfilled. This is due to an internal technical issue on FB's side, which I have begged and pleaded for months for them to address, yet to no avail. We can see the orders, we can see the payments, we can see the addresses, but we cannot process orders and print labels, thereby releasing payment for products purchased.

This is a very bad look, Facebook. The 10 emails sent over several months always generate the same response: "Send us screenshots", "we need more details", and so on. Once we do that, we are told to contact someone else, and that someone else, in turn, tells us to contact Facebook. So around and around we go.... and nothing gets resolved.

TO REITERATE: DO NOT ORDER OUR PRODUCTS ON THE FACEBOOK SHOP, AS THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED. You can find our full catalog and order direct at www.signsformankind.com.
