I find myself on numerous side quests to fill my cup in between the vicious cycle of work, eat, sleep, repeat. Being immersed in experiences that feel cathartic and awaken my creativity are priceless. La Fete de la musique was a good one and I lost 5 pounds from the heat 🥹. Houston was absolutely incredible with their turnout and they showed us so much love.

It it was beautiful to reconnect it so many of my old Bmx Homies from East and West Coast angeles on such a beautiful day.

Nothing beats Easter in Bequia. This trip with Ella meant so much to me. It is her first international trip and our first extended daddy daughter trip with no agenda other than connecting our roots.

My parents made a point to keep us connect with relatives in the islands and I wholeheartedly appreciate that more and more as an adult. To see Ella’s face light up with amazement and appreciation for the calm beauty of Bequia it moved me.
