Meet Walter de Oliveira, Project Manager at Adler Development.
Based in Miami, Walter brings extensive experience managing complex commercial and residential projects across both the public and private sectors. From design and permitting through construction and closeout, he ensures every phase aligns with project goals, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.

Walter specializes in coordination, constructability reviews, cost and schedule control, and on-site oversight, serving as a vital link between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Currently, he leads construction management for the City of Miami Administration Building, driving progress with precision, collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Introducing Diana Aristizabal, Accounting Manager at Adler Development!
With over a decade of experience in corporate and real estate development accounting, Diana plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations. She oversees month end close processes, multi entity financial reporting, accounts payable, and investor reporting, while also supporting audits, tax compliance, and capital transactions.

Known for her analytical strength and structured approach, Diana helps ensure accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity across every stage of development, contributing to the strong foundation that supports Adler Development’s continued growth.

Modera Riverside is now open. Located along the Miami River just outside the city’s core, this new residential community connects walkable living, transit access, and waterfront surroundings, placing Brickell, Downtown, and Miami’s cultural landmarks within easy reach.
