Getting into the holding spirit with these peanut butter blondies🎄 ♥️🥜 🤩 low calorie, high protein recipe by

These are sooo fudgy, full of flavor and super customizable (macros are pretty great too)! These have red and green m&m’s and sprinkles, and chocolate chips 🍫!
-
(Base)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup monkfruit
- 3 Tbsp egg whites
- 3/4 cup Pb 2 powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop protein powder ( vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
(Mix-ins)
- 1/3 cup m&m’s (about 2 oz for me)
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- sprinkles
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (applesauce, yogurt, monkfruit, egg whites)
3. Mix dry (Pb 2, coconut flour, protein powder, baking soda)
4. Combine and stir in choc chips and half of m&m’s
5. Pour batter into skillet
6. Top with sprinkles and rest of m&m’s
7. Bake for about 30 min or until golden and set

With mix-ins: cals 95 fat 2g carbs 13g protein 6g

Nothing like a nice, quick and easy meal on Miami Beach 🏝 🌞
Give this tuna curry salad pitawich by a try
tuna curry salad
-1 can tuna
-3 Tbsp yogurt or mayo (I used fage 0% fat greek yogurt)
-1-2 tsp curry powder
-2 tsp mustard
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-pinch salt and pepper
*add all ingredients into bowl and mash with fork until desired consistency is reached
*I filled a whole grain pita with the salad and added spinach
